I would like to invite you to experience a session with me, but first I would like to tell you a little about myself. My name is Arleta Paw and I was born in Poland (Gorzow Wielkopolski) in 1971.

In 2014 I started my practice in Bergen. Before that I obtained a diploma in sports, relaxation massage, and certificates of trigger points, joint correction, hydromassage, chair massage, Thai - table massage, lymphatic drainage and kinesio taping.

I have discovered in my practice that touch and conversation can make a huge difference and transform your thoughts into a positive sense and bring new purpose into your life. It helps to have confidence in yourself and to live a life full of joy and energy.

From an early age I have felt the subtle frequency, a vibration of everything around me and later during my work I discovered that in everything that moves a code of life is imprinted.

Happiness and tranquility are signs of your health. Sometimes everything gets out of balance and your body can experience pain.

It is my passion to bring your body and your energy back into balance. I'll take you as you are. You are unique to me with everything you are.
I use different techniques for this. Reiki, sports and trigger points massage.

What I often encounter in my practice is stiffness, muscles that are completely stuck, trigger points and other physical complaints. Sometimes it is really necessary to work deep into the tissue to get the energy flowing again in your body. In any case, you have a double profit; your body relaxes and psyche calms down. You will again feel your body and control your pain and, if necessary, embrace your pain, so that it diminishes or disappears.

The body has always interested me, as has the diversity of human ideas (philosophy, religions and art).

In 1998 I obtained my master's degree from Theological University in Wroclaw (Poland) where I wrote and defended my thesis on eco-philosophy.
In Poland I worked for 9 years as a secretary for a provincial house (woj.gorzowskie) in the architecture department.
In 1998 I started a part-time training at the Art Academy in Wroclaw.
In 2000 I moved to the Netherlands. Here I obtained diplomas from SPW4 and Social Therapy at the Maryon College in Zeist (with a thesis on the theme of sexuality taboo of the mentally handicapped). I worked for 11 years for the Raphael Foundation / Anthroposophical Care with people with intellectual disabilities, where I learned to perceive better and better understand signals from a client.

In my spare time I like to paint. I built up my painting skills during 5 years of study at Crejat De Nieuwe Academie in Alkmaar.

Of course a person never stops learning. In 2020 I studied Basic Chinese Medicine at Qing Bai academy in Amsterdam. In 2023, I completed my acupuncture studies at Bo-Yi Academy in Zoetermeer, and I also obtained Medical Basic Knowledge/HPE/Nti.
